Dropped off two loose wheels for new tyres to be fitted during a one hour booked slot (so they didn’t even need to take them off the car). Returned after 90 minutes to find that they had forgotten to fit them. Had to take time out of my day several days later to go and pick them up once fitted. Then when I did get back it took ages for me to be served (another customer had had his ordered tyres lost and was getting very annoyed in reception), and when I got home I realised no valve caps had been fitted. Have had very good service in the past from these guys but it seemed like new faces were present this time.

Products were delivered quickly and overall price was good too. Helpful staff member who dealt with me over the phone.

Had two large poster print collages made up. Optimalprint were able to print then to a size that suited some frames that I already had. They came out great and were very well priced. Will definitely use again.
