Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Laptop is faulty, WhatsApp customer service team will not help you after 4pm as they close at 6 and ‘they wont have time to help’. Phone team not much better. Laptop went to repair centre eventually and came back with the exact same fault. Trying to get a new repair booked has taken over a week and I’m still no further forward. I use this laptop to assist with my work as Treasurer for a charity and it’s beyond frustrating. Would never buy another product from them again!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, no one seems to care. You get robotic replies that don’t answer your questions. Purchased a cot from them which could have been bought directly from the supplier for half the price. They didn’t care about this and said I could return. Booked me a return over the phone and advised cost of £4.99. I waited in for two days with no courier arriving. Called them to find out what happened and was told the courier said I didn’t want to return the items. They then increased my collection cost to 9.99. When I questioned this and explained I’d be quoted incorrectly and already waited in two days I got robotic answers explaining their returns prices. I gave up in the end and asked if they could just make my email a complaint. Won’t be using again

I ordered a present for father’s day

I ordered a present for father’s day. The delivery didn’t arrive when expected so I messaged the team. I got such a quick response both times and they kept me informed all the way. Item arrived in time! Couldn’t fault the customer service received, love the products and the boxes they come in are brilliant!
