Ordered on a Thursday expecting ‘next day delivery’ As order was made 4.30pm it wasn’t made up until Friday, which is acceptable, but no deliveries on a Sat! Website doesn’t state no Sat delivery although DPD delivery drivers do work Sat.
Painters due on the Monday and paint not due until 6pm Monday!
Had to buy another 7 and half litres from Paintshed shop to allow work to commence. No refund or swap allowed as paint made up despite being a standard colour? Pretty poor although Farrow Ball paint good but left out of pocket and a extra 7 1/5 litres of paint sitting in the garage!!

Followed the link on website to identify the part required for a 20 yr old shower which was followed up with an excellent speedy response. Picked up the part and was given extremely helpful advice with a step by step guide to replacing the part. Nothing any bother to them. Thank you

Purchased over £300 of beachwear which was all ok apart from a beach bag which fell to pieces after 4 beach trips. Binned it before returning to UK but took photos as evidence. Company were not interested and offered no help, apology or refund in any shape or form. No more business from me.
