Nook saunas were a pleasure to deal with, the polite and efficient staff made the experience a pleasure.
The sauna itself is awesome. An enjoy to use. The whole family has got into the use of the sauna.
All features are good. My only gripe would be the radio reception. It does not pick up the majority of the local FM stations. But I wouldn't let this deter the decision to purchase a NOOK.

I recommended Nook to family and friends.

Last thing it is Australian owned and operated and this should sway your decision to Nook!
