I'm very sorry that we could not fulfill your order and I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

As CeX does not have a centralized warehouse, the stock is sourced from various CeX stores across Ireland.

Thus, in instances, such as yours, before the online order is processed, it may be noticed that products may be sold in the store, assigned to another online order or may not be in a condition to be dispatched.

Please be assured you were not charged for the order. When you place an order online, the funds for the order are allocated. This means that although you have not been charged, the funds for the order are no longer available to you. The allocated funds would be returned to you within 10 working days. Please note that this time frame is not set by us and differs from bank to bank.

The next time you place an order with CeX you may include the same item again along with the other items, if available in stock.

I am sorry to know if the game purchased by you did not work. I can understand and offer my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.

We ensure that all the items are tested well before sending them to the customers. However, I am sorry if this was missed to be checked properly in your instance.

Please be assured, this shall be looked into and necessary feedback and training will be given to the staff members so that such instances can be avoided in the future.

You can return the item to us either via post or visiting your nearest CeX store along with a receipt. We will have the game tested and process as per returns policy. I have also sent an email to your registered email ID addressing your concern and providing a resolution towards this. I would request you to check your junk/spam folders in case it does not locate in your inbox.
