I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star if I didn’t have to.
Absolutely shocking company, completely false advertising, the photos on the website are nothing like the items supplied, the dress that arrived is such awful quality!
And they just don’t respond to when trying to get a return, I have had to open a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.

Great customer service from dusk, ordered an item that happened to be marked when I opened it, I got a very quick response from Sarah letting me know of multiple options to fix the issue, and within a day or two a new item was arranged to be sent out for delivery. Was also kept updated and informed of the new order by Lily.
Great service.

Worst customer service experience I have ever received.
Please do not book with virgin, they are not worth your money.
They may seem brilliant at first, but once they have your money you have no hope!
Do not use virgin holidays!

Please please do not use this company, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!
The items come from China. And my order was sent wrong 3 times! 89 emails later my order still did not get sorted!
Please do not waste your money not only is the service bad but the quality of the items are shocking, I spend £100 per light at this company, yet the quality of the lights I have now had to settle for which were £30 each from ikea are much better!

I ordered a card which was suppose to be sent out first class, 5 working days later I still have not received the card even though having had confirmation that the card had been dispatched. This was for a special birthday which has now been and gone. Will not be ordering from here again!
