Not good. No delivery and I received a “cut and paste”email response from them eventually saying they had logistics problems. Fortunately I had used Amex. I initiated a claim with Amex and the following day eGadgets emailed to say they were issuing a refund. Either way I’m getting my money back! I’m using Amazon next time. A few pounds more but at least I’ll get my GoPro!!!

Very fast delivery and an excellent exchange process. I ordered a pair of jodhpurs that were too big and a swift exchange of emails got me a postage paid returns sticker. I am very pleased with this company and will use them again.
