Kevin and Jack, superstars at Farringdon! I almost lost my dog in Central London and the staff were the kindest: they helped me locate the person who took her to return her to us, called the RSPCA and gave me so much reassurance. They are incredibly kind and they just selflessly help people while doing their busy work too. Kevin and Jack, will be forever grateful!
Review of Jessops
I ordered a personalised photo album for my sister's wedding anniversary and one month later no update. I got in touch with their customer services three times, placed a complaint. Only received an acknowledgement of my emails, no follow up. No update on the order, no email to suggest delays. Absolute scammers and total disappointment.

Zero stars. They have bogus delivery partners, disgraceful services, still waiting for the money for two orders that were returned more than a month ago.
Their call centre support employees are rude and shouty. Not helpful at all.

Servicii foarte proaste: am platit pachetul si nu s-a deschis casuta pentru colectare, ca sa aflu ca a fost si returnat (fara sa primesc banii inapoi).
Nu recomand. Nimanui.
