Have just moved over to Jurassic Fibre getting much faster speed at half the cost. Whole set up was seamless and the engineer, Dustin had it all up and running in no time at all

I've made a couple purchases via ebay for golf balls from Encore.
They've arrived really quickly and balls have been exceptionally quality. They were advertised as pearl/grade A, and they certainly were pearl. Only a handful of them had pen markings on and there have been no noticeable scuffs or scratches. In honesty they could have been brand new.
They don't always fly straight, but that's down to me !
Would certainly recommend and will definitely be using Encore again.

The furniture arrived today after making the order on 9 may. Yes, it was quite a wait, but I have to say that every phone call and email was always replied to. They were always very friendly and very apologetic for the delay. The whole situation has been very much out of their control and really just a bit of patience has been required.
I was given the tracking information for the container and and told that as soon as it arrived in England the furniture would be with me within a few days. That's exactly what has happened.
More patience was required to construct the furniture as it was quite fiddly. But all the pieces were there and a cold beer certainly helped.
Now it is all in situ and looks great. The quality is really good and I'm very happy with it. I'm waiting for the cover I ordered, but Belmont have called me and said it will be despatched by royal mail as soon as they receive it. I'm sure this will happen as they have been true to their word so far.
So to put people's mind at rest .... This is not a scam, just a company that like many others, have suffered from some serious shipping problems through no fault of their own.
