Parcelforce are serially lazy and hopeless.

On this occasion, never bothered even trying to deliver a badly-needed medical sensor today when we waited in for it, left no info on the drop location, sending me on a one-hour goose-chase round the local post offices to see where it had been left. My chronically ill wife would not have had the energy to do this and would have given up. Website barely usable. Wondering now what other poor experiences elderly or unwell people suffer trying to get badly needed items from this company. A disgrace.

These sensors get a lot of flak for faulty ones - which has been my experience in the past on occasion but has seemed better recently.

Otherwise they are a great tool for helping manage type 1 diabetes.

An incredibly easy service that worked very well - a last-minute clean sorted.

Love this bike so far. Everything I’ve been looking for. Easy to move and fold. Great on the road. Great value. Now going to try some longer distance rides to put it through its paces.
