Pregnant Wife's Delivery Unfulfilled

Pregnant Wife and Delivery Unfulfilled:

Ordered furniture to be delivered and booked the slot. My 8.5-month pregnant wife was at home and received a message saying delivery due at 15:29hrs, and the message had the telephone number of the delivery driver.

Driver "claims" they attempted to deliver and left a card with the time 15:20hrs as the attempted drop off.
We had tradesmen fitting a gate at the front of the house who told him my wife was home, and by the time she had managed to come downstairs and get to the door the driver was gone.

We attempted to call the drive 9 times and the driver did not pick up the phone nor did they phone back.

Over one week later Rhenus have not contacted us to organise a re-delivery nor responded to the whatsapp. We tried to contact the number on the card and it doesn't ring it just disconnects.

I have noticed that on there website they charge a £30 redelivery fee, which I cannot confirm as I cannot get in touch with anyone from Rhenus.

I would recommend avoiding this company based on my experience, as we have had a lot of furniture delivered recently and this is the only bad delivery experience I have had.

Great Vibe, Great Kit, Great Staff

Great Vibe, all the staff are super friendly and the gym has managed to create a community feel. All of the equipment is high quality and the gym is not too big to get lost in. I find it allows me to maintain a focused workout. The owner is down to earth and has a regular presence in the gym and is always open to new ideas and suggestions to improve the gym.

Although I am only in my 2nd month I am very happy with moving my membership across to this particular gym.

Please read before you consider purchasing from TyreLeader.co.uk

If you ignore all the 1star reviews, use MASTERCARD OR PAYPAL! - You have some form of LEGAL PROTECTION and ALWAYS KEEP YOUR EVIDENCE AND EMAIL CONVERSATIONS!

It is illegal for them to deduct delivery return if they have sent the wrong product, every UK customer is protected via the sales of good and services act and the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT!

You also have PROTECTION FROM YOUR BANK IF they do not send the right product, speak to your Mastercard or Paypal provider for Clawback options (maybe Visa offer this too), for either the product cost or any deductions for returning due to Tyre leaders mistake / fault!

1. I emailed TyreLeader in advance of ordering 2 rear tyres for my vehicle as it was a very specific tyre type for the size required. TyreLeader.co.uk responded immediately to all my queries.

2. I asked specifically through their website that the tyre was a NON-Runflat and this was confirmed to be the case. I proceeded to purchase 2 at approx £430GBP.

3. The tyres arrived and they were INCORRECT. Runflat tyres had been sent and also the MOE variant for Mercedes vehicles had been sent, and is not compliant with my vehicle.

4. There is NO TELEPHONE NUMBER for TyreLeader AND despite the .co.uk website address the company IS NOT UK based. They would not call me when I emailed and asked them to.

5. I followed up one day later via email again and got a response where they stated that I had ordered the tyre and emailed me a screenshot of a different tyre at a different price to what I paid. They also stated that I would be deducted £25 per tyre totalling £50.

6. I have responded, including the email confirmation from TyreLeaders representative confirming then tyre is NOT Run-flat and also included the invoice with the specific tyre name and full reference which was a non-run flat tyre and not a MOE (Mercedes variant) of the tyre, with all photos of the tyre. I had no response again today.

This was the first time I have ordered tyres online and I would advise against using TyreLeader. WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM, as many people have commented prior in the 1* ratings they are difficult to contact and also seem to use dishonest tactics to tell you that it is your problem and not theirs.

UPDATE: 23rd July 2020 - 0839hrs

Still no response from Tyreleader, I have resent the email I forwarded with my invoice.

I left a review on the actual tyre leader site, and as per MANY OTHER PEOPLE they do not publish on their site.

It is clear that they do not publish reviews other than if they make the company look favourable. Whilst saying this they have still not replied to my email and I am still waiting.

I will keep updating this review until I am refunded in full as people need to know that this website can TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE correct tyre.

Still no update.

UPDATE: 23rd June 2020 - 0903hrs

I have just received a response for this review from TyreLeader: "It is clearly stated on the product sheet that the tire is run-flat."

THE RESPONSE IS NOT ACCURATE NOR TRUE.

I have provided Tyre Leader with; The Invoice & The email confirmation FROM TYRELEADER confirming the product I was ordering was NOT run-flat

Tyreleader responded sending a screenshot of a tyre from their webpage which wads a runflat tyre at a different cost to what I paid.

The company is based in Andorra and is governed by Andorran law so subsequently does not care about legal proceedings against them.

Please do your research and read the consistency of the low scored reviews. They WILL IGNORE YOUR SUPPORT TICKET, when there is a problem and there is no phone number.

UPDATE: 23rd July 20 - 1544hrs
"You received what you ordered, we cannot arrange a pick up without the return fees. If you do not want us to arrange the pick up or send the tyres back at your own expenses the case will be closed"

UPDATE: 12th August 2020 - 1217hrs

Sent 17 emails chasing and 42 emails overall and still no response for collection details of day of collection.

After nearly one month of Tyreleader.co.uk IGNORING ME I resolved this through my Bank who were excellent, make sure you contact your bank and use Mastercard or Visa Clawback don't just let this company steal your money or charge you for return delivery!

It is clearly stated on the product sheet that the tire is runflat.
We can take back the items but there will be a cost of returning the items as you received the items you ordered.

Review of Showplates Direct

SCAM - Number Plate did not turn up but money was taken!

Ordered a rear motorcycle number plate with 48-hour delivery. Order did not turn up. Contacted Showplates Direct twice via email and received no response.

Contacted Hermes and they refused to share information and told me to contact the seller.

Ordered plate on 19th May 18 and as of 4th June 18 still no plate.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE NOT SENT ME MY PLATE AND DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS!
