(1) The installer, Adam P. and team did what they said they would do in the timeframe we agreed upon - with quality work which has now held up over time.
(2) The Leaf filter gutter protection system has saved me both labor and given safety: I no longer have to climb a ladder to clean out the gutters.

A real and decorative Megillah from Israel arrived in time for Purim and helped make for a festive holiday as a "backdrop" while we read an English version of the text and then enjoyed "fusion" hamentaschen.

Service Technician Adam arrived within time specified and did the required service job re: installation of gutter splashguards in about 1/2 hour.

(Highly motivated buyer because my grandfather spoiled his retirement years-and grandma's too, climbing ladder to fix gutter, roof only to break both legs at his knees in a fall.) I "met" LeafFilter at Erie Auto Show on a Sunday and asked for quote.
Straightway, Monday, I got a call from LeafFilter to schedule a home visit and estimate. They sent an excellent presenter (salesman) of the LeafFilter product who took photos of the job and measured lineal feet of gutter. We got our estimate and then negotiated our eligible discounts (Sr. Citizen, Military, etc.)
Straightway, Tuesday, our installer showed up with the thought it would take him the whole day. He found out he had to deal with our major complication: our metal roof. LeafFilter was on top of it with their roof expert and extra crew to get the job done. Since the job was a fixed price bid, no worries (for us) that it took multiple installers two whole days to get the job done.
We got the warranty registered and immediately, per the installers' own advise put in a claim for "matching color gutter guards) which were unavailable when they did the job - they only had white. That installer is showing up in a matter of days with the right color for the guards.
Bottom line: I'm quite satisfied. The total cost seemed to this Senior Citizen "a bit high", but we did capitalize on all available discounts and.. what is the price of TRUE peace of mind with a 50 year transferrable warranty! No falling off of ladders for me.

Sporty's Pilot SHOP packs items for shipping well, and in a timely manner. I've received my items within a week. The on-line order process worked smoothly. I believe Sporty's is helping me advance my "flight education" even while I'm still on the ground. A fine vendor!

The order process was easy from selection to Cart, and 'tho I'm waiting for delivery, I'm confident item(s) are delivered as described.

From order to delivery, Hattons of London communicated frequently on order status and items in transit. Even in times of COVID and supply-chain transit issues, the item(s) arrived beautifully packaged in perfect shape.

My three boxes of locally hard-to-find Malt-o-Meal Cereal arrived well packed and within shipping estimate. The price was also slightly lower than other on-line offers which wanted to ship more boxes (up to 12 at one time) than I needed.

Thrift Books delivered my book in a timely fashion in the condition as described.

I have dealt with Hatton's of London on two similar occasions in relaton to
commemorative product. Items have arrived as described, well-documented, and delivered within expected timeframe. I will do business with Hattons of London again upon right occasion.

Rental prices seem to be pretty close to "market pricing" when there is a competitive market, e.g. one is neither being overcharged or getting a bargain. The storage units are usually sized to meet the customer's requirements.

Staff, when onsite, are courteous and professional. The exterior doors of the facility are "generally" secure, although if there is a moving van loading or unloading, a door is usually "propped open" allowing others to bypass the entry code procedure. Occasionally one may need to hunt for an available cart.

In addition to entry code, one also needs to use it for elevator.

The facility I used fairly custom key lock, which added a $20.00 purchase sur-charge although some personal locks could probably be used.

Plum Guide was superb in introducing us to hostess Ursula and her wonderful accommodation in London. If all Plum Guide properties are as excellent as that of Ursula and her rental flat, then travellers will be blessed indeed. The unit was close to public transportation and shops.
