Old scoundrel !!!

Dear Emma Kitchen
I can see that you are at Trust Pilot again. Here again to lure and mislead your potential customers, make them believe you and rip them off in the same way you use to do through your two previous companies:
HOUSE OF BLING INTERIORS LTD (12749188) and HOUSE OF BLING LTD 10845669
I can see the same pattern you used previously: flashy images, shop at Regent Street and doing monologues with yourself through fake reviews on Trust Pilot.

For God sake, don't you have a dignity?

Potential customers please pay attention to H.O.B. interiors.

And for the administrators of Trust Pilot:

How many times you are going to let this scum to cheat you and your users?
Are you sure you verify companies and reviewers?

The so called 'shop' at Regent Street was a Post Box and was shared by another 4000 companies most of them scums like your companies Emma. You had a shop at Regent Street as much as the rough sleepers have an apartment there.

......about the harassing, I think it is time for me to file a report against you at the Police Station and report you at The Consumers' Association!

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review on our platform it would appear from the content of this review you have had absolutely no experience or order with HOB furniture, you just wish to slander yet another one of our companies due to a personal vendetta you have with our company owner in which you have had for over 4 years! we would encourage you to reply to the request for information sent to you by trust pilot, asking you to prove and provide your order number and proof of experience with HOB furniture, we look forwards to receiving that.

Furthermore you have referred to a shop which closed during lock down in Essex not London ( yet false information from
You ) and a separate business that has absolutely nothing to do with HOB Furniture, you will also note we own house of bespoke too, however your comments regarding interiors is yet again very wrong as that is very much active and trading company with a shop your very welcome to pop down, which like we know you won’t do that you revert to hiding behind a screen with your constant abuse, providing inaccurate and false information in your attempts to continue to Harass our company director.
please note all abusive communication you have sent over the last 4 years has been logged and will now be reported.

You’re welcome to report HOB furniture, we are more than compliant and be happy to liaise with any governing body.

Customer service doesn't exist

What I am seeing here, confirms my thoughts that from top company, O2 goes to the bottom at a very high speed.
It is impossible to change my address online, it is impossible to see my detailed bill online and it is impossible to get someone on the phone.

At the moment I am writing this review, my call timer says that I have been on the queue for 40 minutes.

It is time to move after being a loyal customer for 15 years.

Fraudsters!

Dear Emma
The reason I am writing you 1 star review is that I ordered a bed through House of Bling website. I received a faulty one, and when I wrote you a review at Google, you claimed that I am not your customer.

Now you will stop mislead consumers and people who use Trust Pilot as a compass.

There are two very similar companies HOUSE OF BLING INTERIORS LTD (12749188) incorporated on 16.07.20 (active) and HOUSE OF BLING LTD 10845669 incorporated on 03.07.17 which is in process of insolvency since 25.08.21.

According my bank statement I have paid the second one which is in insolvency (it is unclear why they don’t use the fresh one incorporated on 16.07.20).

Both companies share five things in common:
1. A person named Emma Kitchen as a director of the company in insolvency and she is been twice a director of the new company registered on 16.07.20.
2. This same person is an owner of the shares of both companies (according Companies House)
3. Both companies share the same website ‘houseofbling.furniture’ and the logo of the company in insolvency.
4. Phone number - 020 7315 4078 (which she never answers)
5. Email: emma*houseofbling.furniture

(this is not only against the rules of Trust Pilot, it is Illegal too and I am sending screenshots to the authorities)

The address given at TrustPilot, corresponds with the one of the company in insolvency. HOUSE OF BLING LTD 10845669 was registered on 142 Cromwell Road until Sep 6th 2021.

I personally know people who use this scheme to escape liabilities 3-4 times. You just need to find a person who is willing to let you use his details as a director. (74 year old man in this case)

I would like to ask TrustPilot administrators some questions about this case, because I very often check TrustPilot reviews before I decide, as I did before I bought my bed.

If this account is claimed by the company in insolvency, how this person still answers the reviews about this account and claims that they are not in administration?

If this company is in insolvency, how I can read a five star review received just 5 hours ago?

If we agree that the holder of the account is the newly registered company (16.07.20), how it comes that they have about 50+ reviews dating from February, March, April ….. 2020?

Don’t you think that such gaps damage the reputation of TrustPilot?

Could you please clear this misleading situation?

Hello we are really unsure why you are continuing to provide 1 star reviews ( updated response ) THIS is now the 7th review left under several different names including Anastasiya Stoyanova , Anguel Popov , Andrey Stoianov, all since the 6 of September this now being the 22nd of September !!! You have updated and changed this review 8 times according to our response and continue to leave false and inaccurate information although have still failed to make any contact with us or provide any evidence which suggest you have placed an order for a bed with our company and our domain name not all the other names you refer to! Your first review indicates you ordered a bed in March took 8 weeks to turn up then the base of your bed you say was as different colour to headboard and you could not attach headboard to base why if this is the case has it took 6 months to start bombarding our review pages with false reviews seems very very odd in itself !!!
So it is very very clear you have not placed an order with our company and you never have secondly our company is not in insolvency or administration at all, and never has been so unsure where you have got that from if we were we would not still be able to trade accept credit and debit payments aswell as various other credit options our bank accounts would be seized and payment systems would also be seized so why is it those are all still active if we were in administration Why are we still responding to your reviews why are we still receiving reviews as our company is an active company and not in any form of liquidation you are more than welcome to visit us!! Our name has never changed from house of bling boutique and our web name has remained the same we are not linked to any other company you have mentioned in previous reviews that you have now deleted and amended over the last few weeks, ****we are sorry to hear about your situation but we can not stress enough you do not have an order with our company, if you could provide any kind of proof which suggest you do then we would be more than happy to help you but todate you have made no direct communication with us at all!! can we ask why you have not made any as you say we don’t Answer the phone but that’s completely untrue both our phone numbers are answered through out the day! you seem to be obsessed with leaving reviews about our company but make no attempts to make any form of contact with us directly or provide any kind of proof of an order with us we would invite you to leave a contact number so we can contact you! ( Original response ) majority of all our items are delivered within the specified time frame given and for any reason a delivery is delayed customers are updated, our reviews are not fake they are monitored and would be detected if they were fake, we will be reporting these though and taking further action as this appears to be the seventh time you have left something further more our website is www.houseofbling. furniture our domain name has always been house of bling furniture and never at any stage has it been houseofbling.co.uk or houseofblingfurniture.co.uk householdbling.co.uk or houseofblinginteriors so I suggest you look in to that further, it makes absolutely no difference to share holders or directors of our company you are legally allowed to be directors of other companies although again the information in your reviews are again inaccurate we have made it very clear on more than one occasion our website is WWW.HOUSEOFBLING.FURNITURE our company is not in administration and you are more than welcome to report anything you feel necessary as we are trading legally with the correct company name, if we were in administration then our bank accounts would be seized and monies paid to us would be stopped we would not be able to trade therefore unable to accept debit or credit card payments. We have already advised you your welcome to come to our show room. Our contact number is answered daily and emails are responded too!

We would suggest you liaise with your bank who again Will confirm this to you. Houseofsparkles like you keep suggesting if you ordered from us any issue you may have would have been rectified by us by now as mistakes do happen but under no circumstances something you say you ordered in March would have taken 8 weeks to have been delivered and nor would have taken sooo long to have been replaced!

You say we don’t respond to your emails or phone calls and that is because we don’t have them from you as you have not ordered from our company! Feel free to give us a call as we be more than happy to help you and rectify any issue you may have with a bed frame you have brought from a different company, if we can help you then we will do we urge you to get in touch with us directly

Part been fitted previously ...

I ordered a clutch kit for my vehicle. I received it without original packaging with obvious marks proving that the part has been previously fitted. The screws (coming with the kit) were missing. I couldn't keep my vehicle off the road any longer and I had to fit the part in this condition. I guess the retailer bets exactly on such situation, in my opinion not a practice of a decent company.

It looks like an online Car boot sale.

It is pity that I can't post images on this site.

Charlatans!

Website deliberately designed to give an impression to the customers that they will have their order next day(24 hours) or in 3-4 working days. .... In reality, you have to wait 9-18 days until they receive your order from the manufacturer ..... I had to wait more than 40 days. I canceled my order and I bought my glasses from another website.

Time and money wasters!

I ordered a part for my Mercedes Sprinter which according to this website fits my vehicle. It didn't fit my vehicle, so I browsed through the website and I ordered the right one. I had it after 9 working days on 3-4 day service. When I asked who covers delivery and wrongly suggested parts ..... after exchanging six e-mails and answering questions like 'power of the engine in HP and KW' ..... I got the answer .... they will refund the part (worth £12), but I cover the delivery of £8 plus sending the wrong part back (about £15).
I tossed the part in the bin.
