Time and money wasters!
I ordered a part for my Mercedes Sprinter which according to this website fits my vehicle. It didn't fit my vehicle, so I browsed through the website and I ordered the right one. I had it after 9 working days on 3-4 day service. When I asked who covers delivery and wrongly suggested parts ..... after exchanging six e-mails and answering questions like 'power of the engine in HP and KW' ..... I got the answer .... they will refund the part (worth £12), but I cover the delivery of £8 plus sending the wrong part back (about £15).
I tossed the part in the bin.

If you make a small payment in the amount of £3, 95 / order, we are offering you a full refund and free return shipment within first 100 days. It is valid only in case if the product is in the original packing is not damaged and not mounted. If you do not have this option, you have a right to return the spare part within 14 days at your expense.
