TRY MICKEY MOUSE FIRST!! - DISGUSTING SERVICE!!

Linden Homes owned by Vistry Homes are a disgrace to both the Customer Service industry and Construction Industry.

Our home was handed to us with a host of issues, some of them extremely minor and not worth discussing, some of them not so minor and still ongoing 2 years later. Even down to silly things like every single door stop in the house had three holes in to screw it to the skirting board and yet all were held in with one screw! The fixtures and fittings are all of poor quality and constantly drop out or become loose as a result. We have huge gaps in our windows letting a draft in and yet we have complained about drafts since we first moved in and this has gone unnoticed. We even have concrete lumps under our floor which they have been to creed twice in an attempt to repair and they still haven't managed to fix it. We were offered a cash settlement to deal with it ourselves which was no where near what its going to cost to put it right. Our Driveway is now sinking, we agreed Turf in the Garden which was laid on top of debris and sand and is all clumpy and doesn't grow. And yet, I could live with all of these issues if the customer service was good....which it certainly is not.

I have contacted Linden Homes on numerous occasions and am constantly made to feel like were the ones at fault. We have never even had an apology with exception of a standard "Sorry you felt that you had to get in touch" The home is a disgrace and Linden do not care. Sadly, I have no option but to take legal action which I really don't have the time or patience for but have been left with no choice. Having read the other reviews on here today, I now feel at ease that it isn't just me and they really are just terrible.

If you're buying you first home, take it from someone who rented previously - I wish we still were! Linden/Vistry do not deserve peoples hard earned cash.

I originally joined Autonet because the price was cheap

I originally joined Autonet because the price was good. When it renewed, it did so Automatically and I didn't want it to. I called on several occasions to stop it and was on hold for 20mins at a time before I gave up. 5 Months later, I have called to cancel the policy having done less than 1000 miles in a year and the car being due for MOT, we hjave decided to just sell it. Autonet tell me it will be £135 for the privilege of cancelling! They may seem cheap but in the long run, they're not! Dont fall for all the rubbish about customer service etc, they aren't interested at all. Off to the Financial Ombudsmen we go!

1 star too many!!

Do I really have to give them a star at all?? Lied blatantly to my face, charged me for additional insurance that I had already purchased online despite me telling them this and being very clear that I didn't need it. When I called to complain, they deliberately gave me the wrong email address to write to which I knew as he was giving me it - honestly, don't bother!!Queue was ridiculous, got a Fiat 500c after ordering a Fiat 124 Spider and was told (OR Similar) you simply cannot compare a 500c to a 124 Spider and had I booked a 500c online, it was £50 cheaper - didn't get that back though! I really hope you are reading this BEFORE booking with them - don't bother! I wish I had looked at these comments before I booked because they are all true!! Returned the car, was met with an arrogant chap who walked to and from the car 2/3 times and then grunted which I assumed meant all was ok but didn't really care anyway so I walked away.
