We have had ongoing issues with the integrity of the complany
We have had ongoing issues with the company as a result of them fitting the wrong blinds as part of an order. We made it clear what we were asking for from the first consultation, the company have since accused my husband and I of lying, they also said they did not stock blackout blinds but then sent me through a brochure with blackout blinds clearly stocked. The company are unable to take responsibility for mistakes made. It is not very good hearing reassurances from managers and then being ignored. Sadly I would not use the company again.
