Happy with Product, Worried about Delivery

I’m pretty happy with the product, although it did give me a worry when I wan unable to track the package, and was also unaware of when the package was being delivered/arrived. Other than that, there’s no other complaints.

I ordered some trainers for my son , waited a couple of weeks then had an email to tell me I had a refund , no explanation as to why or what happened to the trainers , a bit of feedback would be useful.

Sizing is way off

Sizing is way off. My son wears a large because he is tall and we ordered a men’s large and when he put it on it literally looks like he was wearing a youth sized coat. And on top of that they make you pay for a return shipping.

Honest review. I got never disappointed so far :)

I can only talk from my experience. I am a Aeero client since 2021 and since the beginning, the shoes always fitted perfectly because of their great measurement table. I have wide feet. With the table, I could get them in the perfect size.

I ordered 6 shoes so far. 2 of them were out of stock, so they gave me a 110% credit discount code for the price I paid, instead. That I can get another shoe basically for free.

The support is great. They replied within 24 hours whenever I had a problem they tried to help me.

I had to wait for the shoes for 2-3 weeks, but that's okay. Shipping can take long if it's very far away.

I can recommend it. :D

The package has arrived in Canada and might take a bit longer time depending on the procedure of Canada Customs. As we checked, Canada Post received the package on Aug. 21. It usually takes some days for Canada Post to finish the delivery. If you haven't received the package, it is probably that Canada Post delivered the package to you but you had nobody at home to receive it. If in such a situation, Canada Post will keep the package for your pick-up. Please contact the local office of Canada Post to pick it up as early as possible.
