Reliability with familiarity - An 'old friend'

Ticketmaster has been my 'old friend' to go to for events for decades. I was lucky to get in and bag some Oasis tickets for DAY 1! The App is efficient and the comms from tm have been great. Transferring the tickets to my group was effortless and when it comes to the event of a generation, reliability with tm was a welcome relief! Thank you

Superb! Great deal and great service

Superb! My attention was drawn to the website through an online advertisement on social media whilst I was looking to add to my Ring camera coverage. Best price by far for a twin pack of Ring indoor Pan & Tilt cameras. Ordering was simple and efficient. Next day delivery was very well priced and worth the little extra over the standard 3-5 days, and my order arrived the following afternoon. I was well informed and updated along the way. Excellent. Thank you

Really impressive. 1st Class excellence

Really impressive. From the first time I set foot in the dealership I was made to feel welcome and special. Attention to detail was amazing and the whole customer service experience was 1st class! The ordering and purchase process is all electronic / online, and very efficient. Every step and process was on time every time. I went from the order of my AMG A 45 S to collection in 9 days. Seamless. Every thing is explained and no question goes unanswered. Due to matters out of the dealerships control they couldn't get the exact specification for me to see on the day I turned up unannounced..... So one of the Sales Executives allowed me to sit in their personal car and they took their time to explain everything to my satisfaction. I was even sent a video of my new car once it arrived in the workshop being prepared, which was a really nice personal touch. I have purchased many cars over the past 25 years, and it doesn't get any better than this. Sales Executive James Laye is excellent and made the whole experience brilliant. Highly recommended. Easy, efficient, with the best price!

Easy, efficient process, and the best price I could get for my Apple iPhone 13 Pro phone. The online process was simple. Some companies have so many categories / conditions now it is too easy to get confused and commit to a lower price. Gr8 Mobile keep it simple and straight forward. The online process was easy and efficient. Confirmation e-mails and text messages kept me well informed. My packing arrived in 2 days. I posted my phone via The Post Office and received my payment within 3 days. Communication throughout was very good.

Multi option made simple

Car insurance purchased. A very efficient online service. Made simple with all additional options explained and costed accordingly. Excellent comparison to show additional levels of cover. I was able to consider and apply everything I was looking for as well as consider additional cover within my budget. Some providers websites seem too complicated but this one felt effortless and I had my quote within minutes. Good level of cover for the price.

Organised fun

We went to Pinewood Studios for a TV programme recording. To get tickets for this we applied online via the Lost in TV website. It is quick and easy to do. You get a confirmation of your application back straight away.... You then just cross your fingers that you get some tickets. Thankfully we did and you get plenty of reminders via email and text message that your show is coming up. The info about getting there and timings etc is spot on. Once there we were guided at every step by the well informed staff who have the difficult job of shepherding excited guests. We had some interaction with 7 or 8 of the staff and they were all good humoured and have the patience of saints, as some guests think they are entitled to abuse them and ignore simple instructions. We would just like to say thank you to the professional and organised staff who make for a fluid and enjoyable fun evening.

Simply.... the best.

Summary.... One of the best customer service experiences my Wife and I have ever had. Went to Slough branch to further explore purchasing a corner sofa for our new house.
Nile - He was aware of us as soon as we walked in and greeted us with a smile and humourous enthusiasm. Unfortunately the exact model of sofa we wanted to view was not in stock inside the sore. Nile advised us of other branches to try and then proceeded to explain in great detail and sound knowledge what we could expect from the sofa using other models of the same make as examples. He helped us to visualise the exact look, thoroughly went through all the options and helped us to confirm the colour choice and perfect set up we wanted. Nile showed a keen interest in our thoughts and intelligently proposed additional and alternative options to consider.
Nile allowed us time and patience to carefully consider all our options and checked every step along the way with his manager.
Nile covered all the bases and left us with no doubt we got the best value for money.
We had not intended to make a purchase on the day but Nile's excellent customer service and confident assurances meant we placed an order. Very happy customers.
Thank you Nile. We owe you a drink and a game of pool!

Take stock for a great customer experience!

Clear and efficient online click and collect service. Online stock checker was very useful and made my decision which branch to go to decisive. Communication was very prompt and I received notification of my order being ready within minutes by e-mail and text message. Branch at Newbury was easy to find and parking was plentiful. The staff were super friendly and knowledgable. Great customer service. Thank you.

Happy days

Happy days! A very easy and efficient way to pass on my phone that only took 4 days. The online pages are easy to use and understand. No more printing. Just packed my phone up and took it to the Post Office. The confirmation e-mail was very simple and the supplied QR code did it all. Great communication and updates every step giving me confidence in the process. 3 days later the payment was in my account. A very positive experience. Thank you

In the nick of time!

I ordered 4x Hot Pack Self Heating meals. 4adventurers were the only online store that I could find that would deliver in the quick time that I needed the items. Excellent website, brilliant customer experience, and speedy delivery. I got my items in 48 hours, which at this festive time of year was amazing! Good value for money too. Honest advice and great customer service

I went to the Reading store as I was interested in purchasing a new camera for a specific need. Underwater photos and video. I would say I have a very good amateur knowledge of photography and I had an idea of what my options were as I had researched this online on specialist websites. I spoke with Abigail and Keith. They were both excellent. They made me feel welcome and listened to my specific needs (as I wanted to put my new camera underwater) and gave me great guidance and advice. Their knowledge of the products available was faultless and more importantly they had practical experience of them which they were more than happy to pass on to me. I learnt a lot and I was able to make the correct choice. Furthermore they gave me good advice on promotions and trade in options. I was able to trade in my old equipment and this made my new purchase great value. The Reading store is not my local one, but I will be returning here in the future due to the excellent customer service that I received. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you.

A little hiccup.... But that is what I call excellent customer service!

Initial purchase experience was very good. The website is clear and easy to navigate. The descriptions of the items and the multiple images are excellent. Delivery was timely. Unfortunately the first pair of sunglasses I received were not the ones I ordered. For the first few days I found it difficult to make contact. My e-mails were not returned and my phone calls were met with an automated voice informing me there were no English speaking persons to deal with my enquiry. However, when I finally made contact the customer service was excellent. My issue was quickly amended and a new order was placed. This included a personal call from an advisor in Germany. They were well informed and explained all my options clearly. I received the correct sunglasses within 24 hours! Amazing customer service.
