Nil stars if possible

Nil stars if possible. SCAM please be alert. My father aged 88 queried a payment to The Oxford Club for $1795 Nov 2024.He has been in hospital since & I am chasing it on his behalf . No confirmation email, no invoice, no follow up emails until last Friday when a newsletter was received, conveniently the day after I questioned the subscription
I have spoken to my father & he didn’t t want this subscription, he was not aware he had actually subscribed until appeared on Amex statement. Tried to find out more and radio silence. My father hasn’t received a thing- what was the $1795 for???????? Ideally he wants to cancel subscription & receive a refund as no service received

Absolutely shocking

We booked with Wheego Iceland via Economy Booking. However the offices said -Fair Car / Nordic Car Rental Absolutely shocking, left us at the airport then when they eventually arrived the guy was so rude. Kept insisting that we follow his process and sign for the car despite us wanting to record a massive bump in the car. There was lots of scratches and dents and he wouldn’t let us record them before signing. He left us to find the car in the carpark, which is large, wouldn’t even show us.VERY RUDE staff and cars not up to scratch DO NOT USE. As we wouldn t sign unless we noted the dent on the form he cancelled our booking, now we re left to try and reclaim amounts for
Booking agent -Economy Booking - let s see what happens there . Very bad & nasty experience not sure why the company would allow the guy in question to deal with customers!!!

Following my previous review where I…

Following my previous review where I requested further information regarding a surplus charge debited to my credit card yet again - & I was told to check spam. Of course nothing in spam however I did eventually get an answer which tbh I didn’t understand. Complete rubbish & I asked for further clarification. Now they are saying it s a charge added by UPS not parcel compare. Bearing in mind I ve had this previously so have photos of the weight & all measurements so they can t use that - they are now responding with utter nonsense.
I have asked for information on why UPS have added this additional charge, considering weight, measurements & delivery address all correct.
There has been some response saying it was linked to demand etc - didn t make sense so let’s wait & see what they come up with
DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

Please take care using this company as…

Please take care using this company as every time I have used them I get an email a couple of weeks later advising of a surcharge- I have lots of examples
Of the reasons for this charge, one of them valid but they still debit your account with the additional charge!!! I query but to no avail. I have photos showing the measurements & weight on scales but they have still charged me extra even though I over compensate when inputting the measurements. BAD company & never take accountability always say it’s the carriers who have added the charge- pointless using them

AVOID at all costs

AVOID at all costs, worse company I have ever dealt with
Mine like many other reviews was a no fault claim. Passed from pillar to post, never given the correct information. I ve got a list of staff, all of whom gave incorrect information on various occasions
They even told me my car would be replaced under new for old, went though DVLA to log as salvage & then they changed their mind. On the same day I received confirmation from DVLA that I was nolonger the registered owner. Then the threats started - I had to pay for storage & recovery apparently .Shocking that a company can act in this way. After being left without a hire car for over 2 months & I need a car for work I eventually received my new car, just over 5 months from date of the accident.What a horrendous experience having to deal with this company
Definitely will not be dealing with them again

Nil stars - after requesting help from my credit card company in securing the monies Screen With Envy had promised to refund for months & months the credit card refunded me- fantastic result I thought. However now this diabolical company has gone into liquidation they appear to be challenging all the successful chargeback payments - a blanket approach & utterly disgraceful from such a badly run company. I can t believe they have done this considering they will not answer the phone, email or online chat for months now. Luckily my credit card company are great & are fighting this on my behalf but it drags the situation on & on. Wish I had never ordered from this shocking company
The owner should be held responsible- why is their website still up & running

Call centre gave wrong information, then job not completed now got to take into a branch , such a messing around that wasn’t explained & gives me added stress & pressure won’t be using your company again guy who fitted the windscreen was good but didn’t finish the job

I actually received my order but it wasn’t t right . To return you need to organise yourself. I dropped off at their offices , received a receipt & told funds would be credited asap. Been chasing now for 3 weeks, no reply to emails, cut off frequently. Told to wait & be patient on chat. DO NOT BUY still waiting think will have to go through credit card company, appalling customer service
