I find the whole process straightforward and easy. Select your item along with size/colour/etc.
Send off the order, and on the email confirmation, pay the postage fee/coupon.
The confirmation to having paid the fee/coupon confirms order process complete.
I've deducted one star because the item I ordered was advertised @ £20, but when I went to 'view item's to begin the buying process, the item had jumped up to £27.99 + p&p.
Apart from this glitch, all was well.
