I rarely hear back from any posting I apply to.

I rarely hear back from any posting I apply to with the credentials they are looking for.

Majority of your postings are from Staffing Agencies and not from the Company of which the job is for.
Staffing Agencies like to make their quota in Cold Calls. Half the time they don't have the job you originally applied to any longer, or there was no authentic job to begin with.

Don't feel Monster is one of the best Employment Websites in finding a job.

Signed up for email alerts, don't feel Monster at times sends appropriate postings based on my work experience.

Hope when they upgrade site this will change, for me to keep registered with Monster.

Great experience

Great experience, friendly staff & extremely helpful with all questions/concerns.

Big selection of "all" flooring, as well as a comfort zone of pricing. Would definitely recommend.
