the purchase was great and offered good value for money.
however the bed was actually delivered to the wrong address although I was eventually able to track the delivery down to an address a mile away, and then had to manhandle the package back to my home.

before we found the bed I had sent mails to your despatch team advising we had not received the delivery even though the website was showing "delivered".

despite two attempts to make contact I received no follow up call to either identify the location delivered to, or to apologise. very disappointing.
