Disregards unsubscribe actions. Obviously their "unsubscribe" function is not proper configured on their end. We unsubscribed multiple times WITHOUT success, they still send their useless emails. GREAT advertising for a web design company!

Stay away from this horrible company

Stay away from this horrible company. They are absolute fraud. They still sent stuff out with Canada Post. The item we ordered is still sitting in our post office and they told me "be patient for a few days". Thank you Amazon, they "fixed" the issue.

And this company should handle your payments from your customers??? NO< THANKS!

This is the most horrible courier…

This is the most horrible courier company on earth!!
Driver is to stupid to read the address label corrct and left the package at the wrong door of a business on a busy street. Guess, how long it lasted there?? The support of this company is absolutely useless, no help at all.

The most horrible courier company in…

The most horrible courier company in Canada. AMAZON uses this courier sometimes. There are NOT able to deliver during regular business hours. They offered us pick up at a warehouse 80km away. The customer service is not reachable for half the day and finally we could talk to somebody who was complete useless! You can ask AMAZON to take this company for your list of couriers. We will, first thing in the morning

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company, there are not interested in customer service. After I asked for a price list for their service, the AI Bot (not even a real person, because they are hiding cowardly behind a bot) tells me USD 1,000 to 3,000, which is absolutely to expensive. I share my opinion on their facebook page and got right blocked from commenting. GREAT move!!! And even they have my email, no contact at all! This is probably a scam company (in my opinion)

Stay away from this company!

Stay away from this company!
Bought a brand new mainboard, stopped working after 4 months. I tried to work with support, FORGET THAT! You have to make an account with them and after writing a support request, it took them 4 (!!) days to answer with a total useless answer. NO, THANK YOU!
I dumped the mb and bought a proper one.

Somebody slept really deep!

They absolutely did sleep regarding the strike with Canada Post!! Every other company did proper react on the strike of Canada Post, not MANMADE, zero prepared for this strike, which was looming since several weeks. I ordered their product just a day after the start of the strike and they still sent it with Canada Post!! Quite unbelievable!!
UPDATE: The BAD customer service continues! MANMADE does NOT learn!! Instead of making the customer happy and send the order out, they are complaining about higher cost of shipment and did NOT send the item out. After they did struck a deal with Canpar, they still did NOT send my order out. IT WAS FORGOTTEN!! After I contacted them again, they quickly produced a shipping label and did send it finally!! And I actually expected a compensation for the long wait, but NOTHING, still full price and shipping cost. Guys, you really need to work on your customer service, otherwise you will lose lots of business. And to act like cowards (four guys) does not help, act like MEN, specially when a customer address you directly!
UPDATE 2: Not even an apology for the mistakes made by manmade! And BTW: it is NOT delivered. (not your fault). I am sick and tired. Lots of talking, NO ACTION!!
UPDATE 3: They finally agreed to a refund, and I changed from my review 1 star to 3 stars. Interesting enough: They locked me out of their Facebook page even that I did nothing wong. They should not be in business when they can not handle legit complaints from customers!!

Avoid ASUS!!!

Avoid ASUS!!!
If you are looking for a good customer service during a repair, do NOT choose ASUS. There are not able to give a diagnosis for a defectice laptop within 7 business days. Emails (even to the CEO Office) do not get read proper. Useless agents on their phone / email communication devices! We never buy an ASUS product again. We own a store and now we remove all ASUS products from our shelves.

NOBODY IS INTERESTED

I try since a few weeks to get some basic information from them. NOT POSSIBLE! The only answer I got was: "You have to download a membership form". Alle weiteren Fragen werden nicht mehr beantwortet, The first contact was with a rep on the phone. Nice talk, but thats about it. Nothing happened!After writhing a Facebook message, I got another email address, but gues what??? NOBODY IS INTERESTED! Gute Nacht Deutschland.
UPDATE: The only problem TK has was: I used a name of a rep in the text, this is not allowed. I EXPECTED ACTUALLY AN APOLOGY, BUT NO, NOT IMPORTANT!! Give your head a shake!
