Somebody slept really deep!
They absolutely did sleep regarding the strike with Canada Post!! Every other company did proper react on the strike of Canada Post, not MANMADE, zero prepared for this strike, which was looming since several weeks. I ordered their product just a day after the start of the strike and they still sent it with Canada Post!! Quite unbelievable!!
UPDATE: The BAD customer service continues! MANMADE does NOT learn!! Instead of making the customer happy and send the order out, they are complaining about higher cost of shipment and did NOT send the item out. After they did struck a deal with Canpar, they still did NOT send my order out. IT WAS FORGOTTEN!! After I contacted them again, they quickly produced a shipping label and did send it finally!! And I actually expected a compensation for the long wait, but NOTHING, still full price and shipping cost. Guys, you really need to work on your customer service, otherwise you will lose lots of business. And to act like cowards (four guys) does not help, act like MEN, specially when a customer address you directly!
UPDATE 2: Not even an apology for the mistakes made by manmade! And BTW: it is NOT delivered. (not your fault). I am sick and tired. Lots of talking, NO ACTION!!
UPDATE 3: They finally agreed to a refund, and I changed from my review 1 star to 3 stars. Interesting enough: They locked me out of their Facebook page even that I did nothing wong. They should not be in business when they can not handle legit complaints from customers!!
