Always hang up when you phone the shop…

Always hang up when you phone the shop no notification when item is in store. Very slow in communicating and no information given on invoices. Also want you to respect them , when we do not get any in return still waiting for notification

Heavy duty that's a joke

Heavy duty that's a joke, very flimsy kept falling apart when hit with a mallet, fell apart when lifted and it was clipped on properly. A Meccanno set is stronger than that .
Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
My son bought one previously he had same problem, he had to screw to the wall to stop it falling forward.
