great experience

great experience. The shipment took a bit longer than mentioned on their sunglasses web page, however, they promised to ship in 6-8 days. The shipment was done in time and I got perfect quality sunglasses.

Be careful!

I had to read reviews before order. They have never sent my order.
I've placed an order on 03/29/18 and also payed for Tracked Delivery. On 02/04/18 I've received an email with invalid tracking ID! When I contacted the customer service to ask about the tracking number, their response is oh 'unfortunately sometimes they give the tracking numbers that do not work'. They also asked me to wait for another month. At 23 of April they've sent me replacement, only 1 item instead of 3. I had to send them reminder about it. The second part of replacement with cheapest items I've received yesterday. But the NuFace device still unavalible for tracking.
The customer service replied that it needs up to 30 days for delivery.
But I also have contacted with delivery OSM worldwide and they answered that they never have received the shipment with this tracking number from the company that placed order.
Now I completely understand they are scammers!!!!
