Osprey are second to none….
After issues with the courier I was given fantastic support from Alicia in the customer care team until it was resolved.
Replaced a belt and buckle foc for an old biking rucksack as per their guarantee.
I only use Osprey as their gear is high quality and very cleverly designed.
