Seamless from start to finish.

Neil the engineer was superb and advised on all our options. Fitting was done quickly & cleanly with a demo at the end.
Great price for an electric garage door.

Arrived on the day we selected with a very helpful delivery driver who put it where we needed. Would definitely recommend & will be using again in the near future.

4 days late and dead.

I ordered two bouquets of flowers at the same time to be delivered to the same address and was suprised to have to pay two lots of delivery charges. One bouquet arrived on time, the second arrived 4 days late and were pretty much dead.
Each time I rang to find out where they were I was told they should arrive later or the next day.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to learn of the disappointment you have experienced in sending flowers.

One of the items that you have ordered is a postal bouquet. These are delivered through the post via Royal Mail. As stated on our website and on your confirmation email, deliveries can take 1-2 working days from chosen delivery date. Due to the recent bank holiday this means it could have taken an extra day, we are very sorry to hear that the flowers were damaged due to this.

We are very confident in the flowers we deliver and guarantee their freshness for a minimum of seven days, though we understand that when dealing with perishable items, some stems may not perform as we would expect. When this is the case, we are keen to make amends.

We are concerned that our customer service team have not been contacted regarding the condition of the flowers, so we have sent you an email to request a photo. Please respond at your earliest convenience.
