Poor service

Poor service. Won't leave parcel in safe spot and won't deliver to my local post office (as it's 20ft over the boundary line for where that driver delivers - now have to travel 3 miles to another post office no where near my house !). Really poor service
Update: Hi, the post office that is local to me does offer this service. I've been informed that the driver isn't allowed to leave it there due to the post code starting with BD2 1 and I live in BD2 2. It seems like a totally random policy considering the post office my previous parcel went to was BD1 and 3miles away. My local post office is a 5/10minute walk from my house!

Hello again and thanks for getting in touch following your recent review.

Sadly we couldn't leave your parcel, the sender has asked us not to do this, instead we have secured the goods with a post office.

Not all post offices offer this option, it is entirely dependant on the Post Office having the necessary space available for secure and safe storage, as well as the post office wanting to offer the service. I can assure you this service is not based on boundaries.

The selection of a post office as a drop off point, following an attempted delivery is purely practical...availability, and a suitable post office being located at some point on the onward delivery route.

In rural locations, post offices are further apart, which may require the addressee to travel further. If the village/nearest post office does not offer the option to collect, the driver may need to drop a parcel into a post office further along the route. In all cases, a post office is much closer than the local depot, and offers greater convenience.

Parcels are held for collection by the post office for 16 days, and the addressee will be asked to provide formal ID before the parcel can be handed over.

Product was dispatched very promptly…

Product was dispatched very promptly and sent out. Item was updated on tracking as delivered at 6am a few days later (but not to me). Contacted company as advised to do so by Royal Mail - received a reply straight away asking me to check with neighbours. Checked with neighbours and replied to original email asking them to chase and never got a reply after this.
Luckily about 4 days later someone from the other end of the village brought my package round.

Thanks for leaving feedback.

We have been in touch with you regarding your order with us. Our first correspondence was on 5th February 2021.

Your order had been delivered, however Royal Mail had delivered it to the wrong property. We had offered to send out the order again for you free of charge whilst we get Royal Mail to investigate the issue - we offered a replacement because Royal Mail are taking longer to locate packages due to COVID-19 and the increased demand. This has typically taken upwards of a week.

After our offer, we received a reply from your self asking us to not send out a replacement just yet.

Whilst we still haven't heard back from Royal Mail, we have received an email from yourself that your package had been delivered to a neighbour and this neighbour has since delivered it to you.

Delivered on time

Delivered on time. One problem was that they send the text message out for your delivery slot too late. I received a message at 3.40pm saying my parcel was coming between 4&5pm after waiting in all day.

Flowers look nothing like what we're…

Flowers look nothing like what we're advertised. I were advised that they will open up in 2 days and look like the picture (which they didn't). Flowers dead within 6 days despite taking care of them as advised.
