Worst experience ever! Been waiting for two weeks now for a passport to go say bye to my mother in law who is on her death bed. But thanks to this incompetent company, we wont be able to do that.
You can reschedule a redelivery until you are blue in your face on their website/app, but nothing happens. The tracking information has been stuck for a week now. On hold for hours and no one answers the phone. Chat services just says they don't deal with passports. In this modern day and age, you should not be allowed to run a business like this.

On time delivery, good price, whats not to like.

We used Mooving on London this weekend to move our 3 bedroom flat from Earlsfield to Bromley. The experience was terrific. Customer service was excellent, and kept me updated on everything. The price was very good compared to other moving companies. And the actual moving team was very relaxed and professional. They arrived a few minutes before the time which I really appreciated. Everything was wrapped, no damage was done to the old or new property or furniture. They also put down a blanket in the new place to try and not dirty the new flat. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again!

Worst company I ever had the displeasure to deal with! I was a tenant in one of the properties they managed and they are absolutely useless. You can never get hold of them, they never get back to you on issues. Examples: I gave 2 months notice to move out, never heard anything from them, it has been a month and I am still waiting to get my rent back that was overpaid. No one replies to emails. I got rude letters saying I didn't pay rent on time (first payment) but they never sent me any account information on where to pay rent to! I will never rent from a PB company again and I will never use them to manage my properties.
