My story is consistent with others. Bought an item I liked, it was small and returned it with tracking. Item delivered but no refund. Not even an email to acknowledge my return and zero customer service. Will never buy from them again.
Brooke + Wilde is not what it seems to be in terms of delivering products on time. I just purchased a mattress and when I tried to get in touch with the company to get an idea of delivery lead times, I discovered that they were not responsive. The call goes through to an answering machine or simply doesn’t ring. Basically no customer service and wondering if they are still in business.
I then came over here to check reviews and was shocked to discover other customers were going through worse. We are trying to get a refund but not sure how long that will take. Might have to contact a consumer watchdog or any other authority that regulates this company because they are starting to stink fraud and misleading consumers.
Customer Service non-existent. Wanted to change payment date and was requested to raise a ticket through the app. The app has a bot system and once the ticket goes through, you get confirmation that your query will be responded to within 2-4 hours. Still waiting and had to raise a second ticket. Wouldn’t use them again. How do you resolve issues when you don’t have a customer service line or team. Also experienced payment issues last month with their system not taking payments - really don’t know what’s going on with
