Avoid (at all costs!)

Modest call out charge turned into c £600 to fix a minor issue with cistern. Less than an hour, 10 mins of which plumber was on phone to HQ. I agreed to pay (he said he could be sacked!) but system failed in 5 days and new quote was for about £500 more. I'm seeking refund and complaining to trading standards org.

No support for WordPress. No competence in solving the problem.

I am downgrading this review. My basic WordPress site went offline with an error 500 message. I had no access to any portal or means of fixing this. LCN appeared to be baffled by this and unable to sort. My website has been down for 2+ days. My previous hosting service did not miss a single beat in 10 years. LCN might claim that they are simply hosting but what use is hosting if you can't sustain a web presence? That is the point. Really disappointed. I'm looking for another hosting service and really regretting leaving my highly reliable previous host.
