Really appreciated not having to piece together all the moving parts to our out of state move. Our liason Becca was an excellent communicator, and helped walk us through the process. We had a minor hiccup, but they offered compensation and did the best to get answers for us. It wasn't their fault, it was a lack of communication on the drivers end. But all ended well.

I have always had a wonderful experience using Enterprise. This last trip, however, I was given a car that had a flat tire. I noticed the 0 tire pressure notice right out of the driveway and stopped at a gas station to put air in it. I stopped at my destination for the night and the next morning noticed the 0 pressure again as I was heading out to a meeting. I was told to stop at a Pep Boys to have the tire looked at. When I was given the diagnosis, I called my local Enterprise office and they sent someone out to me within 20 minutes. The whole process took about 45 minutes and made me late for my meeting, which was an inconvenience, but was handled well. Probably should have checked the tires before handing the care off to me.
