Delivery not clear

Used BCS twice now and have been unable to apply the discount code both times now (it's only allowed on first use, however, as I hadn't been able to use it first time, I thought maybe 2nd time would work)
Unfortunately, due to Brexit, half of what I wanted was unavailable, however that is not the fault of BCS.
Everything is easy to order and the delivery is exactly what I requested, however... an estimated delivery date would be nice and also the fact that it would be delivered to a drop off point and not to my home, where I remained awaiting the delivery... Would've been 4 stars if not for that...

Upgraded my review based upon response and actions taken by BCS.

Many thanks for your detailed and informative review.

We apologise that you have found many items not available because of Brexit related restrictions. We know this must be disappointing and are working hard behind the scenes to reintroduce many of our Customer favourites - so far we have managed to bring back 450 restricted lines (and counting)!

All deliveries to Denmark are taken to a pick-up shop and we are ever so sorry that this was not clearer. As a result of valuable feedback like yours we have now added a disclaimer about this at check-out and on the delivery section of our website. We also agree that an expected delivery date would be very useful information for our customers to have and have passed this feedback on to our courier service for review.

I have just sent you an email for more information about which discount code you have been trying to use. As long as it was valid on the original date of purchase we would of course be more than happy to apply the discount code as a refund to your account. Just so you know, our wonderful Customer Service colleagues are always happy to help with any discount related queries.

Very Smooth

Germaine Boselli was dealing with me and was excellent throughout. It wasn't a straight forward process due to external influences, but Germaine was always cheerful and positive and explained everything completely.
