Scam- Do not purchase!

This is a bogus company who has taken £159 from me and no items delivered. They have clearly been making reviews up which is fraud and when I contacted them several times by emails, surprise surprise.....no reply! Stay clear from buying anything from them. If you read their instagram and Facebook socials you will see the amount of people that have taken money from others as well.

Messed around

I booked a valet well in advance to be done and on the morning it was due to be done at 05.48 they sent me a text to say cancelled due to staff shortage, not only did this wake me up from a deep sleep but surely this would have known this a couple of days beforehand. Good job I didn't pay upfront, not a good service at all!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, after signing up and spending my 10 pound....I did not receive my bonus, I was told the whole 10 pound had to be on a bingo game!!! Do not sign up, paddypower and rosybingo were better as you get the bonus regardless.....terrible website of gala.

2 mirrors sent to me by home delivery…

2 mirrors sent to me by home delivery and each one badly smashed, it takes dunelm ages to answer on the phone as well. Don't except voucher codes online so you have to go in store which is shocking in the 21st century, get it together Dunelm. Make sure you look oevr all products for faults.

Thanks for the in house support

I was down on my luck with not finding a job and then I signed up with jobzooma who helped me get back onto my feet. The service and in house support was exactly right for me and what I wanted/needed, in particular I would like to thank Paris for her friendly level of customer service. Thank you!

I sold my car at the Orpington branch…

I sold my car at the Orpington branch in Kent and they are very cunning as a company......my online quote went down a lot when I did it a couple of weeks later and never got what they quoted. This was because they go round your vehicle with a fine tooth comb and this brings the price down, I found them quite pushy as sales people and they are like a dog with a bone. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle but still £1000 less than the original quote, beware of this and what they say you will get is never right!!!!!!

Do not go with this company as most of the staff don't seem to know about insurance or their job roles....customer service center are not trained right and the TL is even worst and for some reason doesn't want to get on the phone to correct their mistakes!!!!!! BAD FORM HASTINGS
