Very poor service
Absolutely shocking service.
We were approached via Facebook by Russel to install our Starlink internet dish on the chimney. Wanted money upfront. First installation date the installer turned up late and said he cannot do the job. Since then multiple appointments have been made and nobody turns up or excuses are made. So glad we never paid upfront.
In response to the feedback from com-tel. I actually sent them a photo of the chimney prior to installation, so they were aware of the location and the installer said they forgot. and rebooked for the following weekend. Following week arrived and I had to message them to see what time they would be arriving. To be told the chimney strap had not arrived so cannot install. Shayne the installer then sent me a message to say Russ or Shayne will be in touch Monday. A new date was arranged for the 8th July. Surprise surprise nobody arrived on the day. Shayne messaged on the Monday 10th July saying sorry for the mixup he had it booked for the 15th. He can still do the 15th or the 14th. I sent a message back saying 14th is ok after 14:15 as at work. No reply until the 14th when Shayne states is tomorrow ok, Yes i said after 12pm, but will be windy. No reply until the Saturday 15th. stating wind will be a problem, can you do a day in the week. I state yes Monday Wednesday or Thursday. Guess what, not a single reply since. I have all the messages so can provide anything that is required. What a load of lies his feedback is.
