The mattress we bought from Urban Mattress started to sag in the middle about 9 months after purchase. We do not use it anymore and instead bought an Ikea mattress for a fraction of the price that works much better for us.

Also, the foam in these mattresses retains heat so in the summer months or if you sleep warm its really uncomfortable.

I would not purchase again. Customer service was decent overall.
