Not impressed at all I only ordered the perfume as offered with a free tote bag. No bag received was told out of stock. And on emailing customer services I just received generic messages. The Fragrance shop are still advertising this offer on FaceBook. If I send the perfume back, I have to pay the costs. I have just responded to the Fragrance Shop and offered my order number and I have received exactly the same generic email reply, bag not in stock. What a joke will not use this company again

I did not receive my first order and I did not feel that the company acted sufficiently to find out from EVRI where my parcel was and was quick to refund but not see how they could have kept me as a customer.

I ordered a personalised card for my daughter and it was delivered the following day. Very pleased.

The items I have bought are always of a good value. Recently purchased the dessert dishes, very impressed. Always well packaged.

I wasnt going to write a review but as Newmarket do not answer emails except one to offer 10% off another holiday. Have used this company successfully before. This was holiday from hell, all done on the cheap, representative was useless and food stops consisted of no diners but shacks selling crisps or sweets Totally rushed so either we find lunch or see the sights. Even the coach driver told her she wasn't giving us enough time. In Vegas awful, hotel Golden Nugget downtown, would have had to get a bus to the strip. Hotels dirty, we were even told by the receptionist it was the cheap part of the hotel. Last 2 days I was so Ill and half the coach very unwell. Came home with covid. To sum up the rep took us to all the tourist shops, clothes shops, seen all the key rings! Badly organised, no toilet working on the coach until someone complained. A total waste of money, dont book it!

I'm not sure why I had to provide so much information just to book a 1 off dinosaur event and then I was expected to download an app. The information wasn't sufficient on my phone so the ticket office had to check manually anyway.

I was so pleased with the craft glasses set, I purchased 2 more for friends. Fast delivery, good quality.

Was finding it hard to get insurance for husbands medical conditions. This company was very helpful and patient and tried to find the best travel cover for us.

We purchased a new tv and the Samsung and Currys advisors were very helpful, guiding us through the different technologies of the new televisions. We told the advisors we would go home to measure up and we were not hassled to make a sale.

My family and I have used Laithwaites for many years. Always good offers and so far not a bad bottle of wine.
