If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. ordered 2 gnomes as a jokey present for my husband. Waited over 5 weeks. Received today, joke on me, I need a magnifying glass to see them 2 inches high. ..avoid at all costs!!!!

I would never buy again from this scam…

I would never buy again from this scam company I too was sent a pathetic piece of plastic. Ordered a remote control dinosaur. I have let all relevant agencies know about this company, they should ge investigated by Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

If I could award virgin experience days…

If I could award virgin experience days 0 star I would. Having purchased a voucher for my husband, it was extended because of covid. On trying to activate it the merchant wasnt recognising the voucher. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone anymore at Virgin and the contact centre for Virgin is a poor joke. They dont answer emails so here I am with a nearly £200 voucher out of pocket and cannot use it. NEVER AGAIN!

I purchased 2 tickets for the van gogh…

I purchased 2 tickets for the van gogh experience,in November 2021. Received confirmation by email but on the Fever app no tickets in my 'contactless account'. I have emailed 3 times and just received an auto response. Very worried I have been conned.

Hello! Bear in mind that you must log into the app with the same email address associated to your purchase. That is, the email address where you got the confirmation email sent to. If you still have trouble accessing your tickets and you have already contacted our customer service department, rest assured that one of our agents will get back to you soon and help you access your tickets :)

I was looking for a scooter for…

I was looking for a scooter for grandson's Christmas present. I thought coming from Denmark, it would be good quality. Unfortunately when it arrived paperwork said made in China. Not what I expected. Disappointing.

I booked 2 tickets for come away from…

I booked 2 tickets for come away from for 4th April. However because of the Corona virus outbreak which is now a pandemic I as an elderly person and husband with health conditions we have been advised, do not travel on public transport or mix with people. London Direct refused to either refund or as I asked to defer tickets till later in year. Was told lose money or possible resale less 20%. Good to know how 'helpful' this company was in a national crisis. I have lost £150!!
