Thought it might now be horrendously complicated to buy and download Microsoft Office since the last time I bought it and installed it on my Macs it came in the form of CD ROM.
Pleased to report your process is not that fiddly so had no problem in obtaining and installing!

Having first called 150, the handler ascertained that it was a business account and connected me to the right department where the fault report was dealt with, an engineer booked and a repair made.
