Lee was fabulous. I ordered online 11pm one night and at 9am next morning he called me about a delivery schedule. We agreed a date and communication was good via text as to delivery time and slot. Informed on delivery day of progress and the drivers called en route. They delivered early in day and were incredible cheerful and helpful taking the mattress upstairs to the room. Faultless ordering process, great Comms and brilliant delivery. Oh and the mattress? Perfect and in A1 condition in heavy plastic packaging. Fantastic mattress at a great price. Highly recommend them
