My tap stopped working after just over a year. I called the assistance and with little bureaucracy I got an engineer (Daniel Carnevale) over in just a few days. He gave me a precise time of arrival, came on time, he was polite, competent and fixed the tap in 15 minutes. All of that free of charge. I’m definitely impressed.
