Everything is fine and working well, however, there is 1 small issue, that is, when logging in, it sometimes takes 2 or 3 attempts for verification to work. Whilst this is a minor inconvenience, it can be annoying when you just want to do a quick check. This issue is the only reason for not awarding a 5 star review

The original deal was absolutely great, I got the best price, and really swift delivery, however, it took 3 visits to get my new washing machine installed and working properly, and free from leaks from the connections. If the machine had been installed at the first attempt, I would have given a higher rating. I had considered a 2 star rating, but I did receive some compensation for the less than perfect journey we endured to get the business completed. If the order had been completed on the first visit, my review would have been a 5 star one

I am truly sorry to learn of the issues with your installation. Sadly, your original appliance was hard wired and the engineers were not trained to disconnect this. We did agree to then return and complete this, I appreciate the time taken to get this resolved must have been disappointing.

The usual 5 star service received from this, my principal supplier for e-liquid. Been trying out some new flavours, yet to get one I don't like. Keep up the good work !!!
