Dear Mr Annal, we are disappointed by your inaccurate and misinformed review. Although you are not our client, you contacted us to ask us for sight of family members’ Wills, despite having identical copies in your possession to refer to. As we understand it, your family members are still alive and therefore the contents of their Wills are not yet relevant. As you are aware a Will is an end of life document and has no power while the Testator is still alive. When a senior manager called you to discuss this it transpired that your queries do not have anything to do with the Wills at all. We requested, based on this, that you remove this review as it has nothing to do with the issues you mention, and that you are not our client. You refused. We respectfully request again that you remove this review.
