Avoiding the tyre kickers and time wasters

My second car with Cinch and again - zero hassle and I’m really pleased with my new car. The home delivery guy(John) let me know when he was going to arrive and was very pleasant and helpful on delivery of the car. A quick look round my part ex to see that it was as I’d claimed and off he went.
The whole process was well managed with good comms throughout.
I can recommend Cinch to anyone looking for a new car.

No predatory sales people in here.....

Having being pounced on be predatory sales people at several other furniture stores nearby, it was great to go in to be met politely and offered assistance if we needed it. Kevin answered all our questions about the furniture we were looking for. He was knowledgeable, polite and really helpful. We were so impressed we went back to buy some more furniture - completely bypassing the other stores. Again, Kevin helped us and we have ordered a new suite to go with the other furniture we bought. A special mention also to the gentleman (sorry - can't remember his name) who sold us a mattress. Again, he was knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

Had a tumble dryer delivered by Panther…

Had a tumble dryer delivered by Panther group and the whole process was very straightforward and I was provided with great communications from order through to delivery. Sean and Nathan (titansw3) delivered the dryer and were both very polite very prompt and made no mess at all at the house.
Happy to recommend Panther delivery

Products ok but the rest of it is hopeless

Given 2 stars for the products which are ok. The buying experience though is pretty awful. As sole suppliers to a university, they don't carry enough stock as lots of items were out of stock when I tried to order them. Their lead times are pretty awful - 3 weeks. Items shown as in progress when they'd actually passed the 3 week due date with no communication to say there was a delay. Customer service none existent. All in all a pretty hopeless company that I will never have to deal with again after university.

Shop Assistants great - not so Specsavers pricing policy

The shop was great and the assistants were really helpful. The problem I have is with the pricing structure. To get anti scratch coating on the lenses was an extra £35. Most other places I've looked at provide anti scratch coating as part of the price. Once added into the Specsavers pricing model, they become much less competitive - should've gone somewhere else.

Bit worried but shouldn't have been !

I was a bit worried about buying a car I'd never seen but was reassured by the no questions asked return option. The car was delivered on time and was presented in a really clean condition. The delivery driver explained everything and made sure we were happy before accepting it. He then took our trade in car away with no questions or issues and all in all it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely use Cinch again

Good price Nike gear and quick delivery

Bought some Nike stuff and was really impressed with the prices and the speedy delivery. Delivery price was really good as well - not like the rip off P&P charges that an ex Newcastle owner charges on his site. Some people have had issues with longer deliveries but they're very clear on their website that deliveries could take longer as they order it from their suppliers. I guess mine must have been in stock :-)
I'll definitely use this shop again

Easy to find the tyres that I wanted…

Easy to find the tyres that I wanted and the prices were very competitive. I chose Asda b ecause of the cashback card on offer for Avon Tyres.
Four * because the website wouldn't accept my payment using Edge but was Ok using Chrome on a different machine

Ok as a diet but don't expect too much from the "coach"

3 weeks into the program and I'm happy with the way the app works and that I can sync all the data from my fitbit to it. The recipes are good and easy to follow and the "learn" articles are well written and informative. Only 3 starts though????
The supposed coaching role consists of the group leader logging on twice a day and pasting some generic text with a few edits of his own. I'd hate to think how much of the program fee goes to the coach as whatever it is, there is no perceived benefit. The groups are too big (24 at present) to encourage any kind of meaningful discussion and again, the coach is not an active participant. A friend of mine has a better experience with a more active coach which in turn promotes their group activity - luck of the draw I guess.
After the first week I would happily have recommended this program to others but now I'd probably say do some googling, follow a 3 month low carb diet and save some money.
In summary, the plan is working for me from a purely weight loss point of view but the rest of it is a bit meh !

What a rip off !

I've never used a delivery app but in these days of lock downs I was offered a £15 discount off my 1st order so I thought I'd give it a go.

What a total rip off. They charge a delivery fee, a transaction fee and then give you the opportunity to tip the driver ! Surely they pay the driver from the delivery fee ?? This is on top of charging the restaurants up to 30% of the order value.

I can't help thinking they're taking advantage of the Coronavius lockdown so the app has been deleted and that will be my first and only time that I use Uber eats. I've never used an Uber Cab before but assuming it's the same business model, I guess I won't be using them either

Never a problem with Quidco

Happy with Quidco - always reliable
I've been using Quidco for about 10 years now and whilst not a heavy use, I've managed to save over £600 - not bad for no effort.
I've never had a problem with orders being tracked or payments made so will happily continue to use Quidco for my cashback transactions
