Le foto sono tornate con una bordatura bianca sui lati inferiori e superioir. Al momento de'acquisto ho selezionato 'adatta al formato' ma a quanto pare questo non era sufficiente. Il sito non è chiaro, difficile da usare e il servizio clienti non risolve i problemi. Quando l'ho contattato per segnalare il problema mi ha detto prima che dovevo insistere con la voce 'adatta al formato' poi mi ha detto comunque che era inevitabile la bordatura biance. Mai pi. Ci sono tante altre aziende online che sviluppano foto.

Il prodotto è arrivato in meno di 24 ore, perfettamente imballato. Sono felicissima.

I failed to receive an item ordered from a well-known British online clothing store that uses OCS WORLDWIDE. The tracking information stated that it was delivered at a date and a time when I was at home. I can say without any doubt that no courier came to my house and I am very curious to know where they ditched the order. Luckily the company refunded the goods I never received since they were no longer in stock and no replacement was possible. Personally I find the service disgraceful and I will notify the company that I want a different delivery option before ordering again.
