After 4 weeks I have still not received my order. I have contacted the company at least 4 times and not received a single reply. I have asked for a refund to no avail.
DO NOT USE this company. At best not trustworthy and at worst a hoax. I shall be reporting them.

My order still hasn’t arrived. Paid for next day delivery, contacted House of Fraser … No response and no delivery. Very poor in every aspect and will not use again.
