AndaSeat customer service is excellent
I ordered a chair from AndaSeat, and their customer service is excellent. Unfortunately, FedEx lost the package. When I contacted FedEx, the customer service team was very vague, responding something like, "Thank you for your experience, we're very sorry to hear that your package didn't arrive." However, when I contacted AndaSeat costumer service, explained the situation, and provided proof of the lost package, they responded immediately and sent the chair via expedited shipping. I'm eagerly awaiting this chair and want to open the package. I'll update my review of the chair itself a little later.
