Wanted to upgrade the policies and the lady on the end of the phone was so helpful.
Changed the policies very easily and now have piece of mind that our Golden Retrievers are covered.

Portable hard drive with valuable information decided to stop working.
Fields Data Recovery were contacted and managed to retrieve data from old drive.
Service was excellent and had a new portable drive within a few days.
Cost for this operation was far higher than expected but the data was important
to retrieve.

Oil was delivered without prior notification, just fortunate that we were on our way back from our weekly shop, as we could have missed it.

We have a MIRA Top Entry Shower Mixer and due to hard water the filters had become clogged.After stripping down and attempting to reassemble some parts were broken and could not be repaired.Found a replacement cartridge online via National Shower Spares, whilst quite expensive decided to order and some other small items to fit the shower unit.Parts were received 2 days after the order placed as yet to reassemble and refit mixer.
Pleased with the prompt service.

Cooker failed just as the Christmas meal had been completed.

Placed the order as soon as possible and new element was delivered within the working days as stated.
As it was Christmas it took slightly longer to get the element.
Easily fitted and cooker had its annual clean so it really looked new.
