Most of the customer service is so bad in booking.com. Both the danish and the english support. I rarely get in touch with a person who is nice and easy speaking to.
They are unpolite, disrespectful and completely unable to talk to, they also hang up on you if they cant answer, they talk over you and do not hear the question. Completely disrespectful. Specially the Danish support.

This company is highly recommended. The customer services are totally into the top and in my case it was Nicla that handled my case. The kindness, understanding and fairness's are outstanding. I will be a customer at Verifone for years to come, if not forever. Nicla and other employs at Verifone, gave me to believe how much I can trust Verifone in resolving to the best outcome for the customer.
