So glad I found Cider

I have to say I was unsure about buying from Cider on-line BUT SO GLAD I gave it a try.
Their customer service, delivery information, speed of delivery, quality of packaging is second to none.
I got through to customer services with 2 minutes when I needed help with a return.
I'm now an addict along with my friends :)

Worst camera, customer service & company. Avoid.

Worst camera. Worst customer service. Dishonest marketing. I bought from UK Ctronics expecting it to be IN THE UK with support from someone in the UK.
Guess what? It's a CHINESE company with support in CHINA from a bunch of loons you can only contact by email, with replies AT THEIR CONVENIENCE.
Emails start with kissy emojis or sad face emojis. Most unprofessional.
They have (eventually) acknowledged my CCTV outdoor dual band WiFi camera is FAULTY in an email but refuse to give me a refund.
I bought it via PayPal payment and have escalated it to a claim. Ctronics' response? I have not been in touch for technical help even though they offered help. I'm sick of risking them and jumping through the tech teams check hoops. After a whole string of emails, they've agreed by email that the camera is indeed FAULTY.
They have told PayPal I need to pay postage cost BACK TO CHINA to even be considered for a refund.
Thieves, liars, charlatans for the worst purchase I've made in years.
Loses connection, lags, either no or random notifications when nothing's moving. Only sends notifications when the phone is unlocked even though all settings say it has priority to send push notifications at all times, even when the phone is locked. Won't recognise SD card. Constant noise when either on mike or speaker.
Buy from this company at your peril.
I'm beyond angry with Ctronics. They have stolen my money and continue to screw me all for a £99.99
20th May purchase of a dud camera. It's July tomorrow and I don't have a functioning camera.
I'm seriously questioning the positive reviews they post on their website.
£99.99 from the supposed UK store but about 30 quid on eBay and Amazon. How can a multi billion pound corp exist?

Bullying charlatans. AVOID AT ALL COST.

If only I'd looked at Ctronics reviews on Trust Pilot before I bought one of their cameras.
Faulty from day one (back in May). Too many back and forth emails to count. Even though after many tests and proof of the results from me as per their requests (with a battle) they've acknowledged the camera is faulty. Will they make a refund? No. First of all £15 compensation and they suggest I give the camera to a friend or use it in for business. THE CAMERA DOESN'T WORK. Camera cost £99.99 (Yes, fool me) and they want to give me £15???Replacement is now their solution. No thanks.
Shop was called UK Ctronics. Surely based in the UK I thought. Easy to pick up the phone if I needed help setting it up. Again, fool me, Shenzhen in China. My techy brother came to sort it out. He nearly had a TIA trying to get it to work. He then brought his 22 quid camera, which included a 256gb micro SD card and it worked PERFECTLY.
Ctronics have given the most bullying customer service experience of my entire life and I'm very old. Every peavish email started with kisses and hugs - too weird for words.
Anyone else thinking of doing business with this company should STOP IMMEDIATELY.
The whole process has left me so cross and thoroughly disappointed. People who know me know I don't do cross. Despicable company. They shouldn't be allowed to trade in the UK.

A VERY happy customer. 5 stars

I am a VERY happy Online for Equine customer and have ordered 3 times from them in the last three weeks.
One pair of mules was too big. A quick phone call and they were collected the following day by Royal Mail, with the replacement pair already on the way.
I have to say I'm amazed by some of the negative reviews. Surely, once an issue has been resolved in a polite and courteous manner, reviews should be amended accordingly? Only good manners in my opinion.
I will certainly use Online for Equine again (probably too often) given their excellent range, keen prices and superb customer service.
This review would be 6 stars out of 5 if that was possible :)
